Ok so you need to go to the license department and search for a licenser available if you didnt find anyone Just go to LAPD and tell any Officer or Cadet available he will test you and if you passed he will award you the license imediatly.
2ND PART: If you got a license suspend for long time Minimum 10 YEARS ((1 week)) and want to drive again safely without risk of jail Use this form.
