Rule #15: Weapons scrolling rule and exceptions.

Players can't just scroll weapons like m4 or spas12 and start to rp, Heavy/Big guns must be taken out from a vehicle's trunk or seat or a sports bag.

Exceptions for scrolling weapons are: Desert eagle,Colt(9mm),Uzi,Camera and Dildos.

The other mele weapons are same as heavy weapons..


Punishment: 30 Minutes Prison.
2nd: 60 Minutes Prison.
3rd: Temporary 3 days Ban.
