Here is some rules that would make a robber sad..
Player Can't rob level 1 and 2 players.
Player can't rob more than $1000.
Failure to follow those rules would lead to a 60 minutes jail + return of what's stolen.
Scamming:
No less than level 5 scamming.
No more than $50,000 could be scammed.
Drugs and guns that could cost in total more than $50,000 can't be tolerated too.
Same punishment as robbing..
